General terms and conditions for trading via the OUTDOORSTATION® online shop for Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. 

scope
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter 'GTC') apply to all contracts that OUTDOORSTATION® / Solo Products GmbH, HR number 1288517 , with persons or companies domiciled or based in Switzerland or in the Principality of Liechtenstein (hereinafter 'customer') about products (hereinafter 'products') offered in the web shop of OUTDOORSTATION® (hereinafter 'web shop'). By placing an order in the OUTDOORSTATION® web shop, the customer accepts these GTC. Deliveries, services, offers, etc. from OUTDOORSTATION® via the web shop are made exclusively in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions apply in the current version at the time the contract is concluded. OUTDOORSTATION® reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. 

User account / customer information
The customer places orders via a user account or as a guest in the OUTDOORSTATION® web shop. All customer information in the user account and all information as a guest must be complete and true. Each customer may only open one user account. 

conclusion of contract and delivery
The contract between OUTDOORSTATION® and the customer only comes about through an express order confirmation or through the shipping confirmation from OUTDOORSTATION® and is dependent on the availability of the ordered products. The buyer remains bound to the order until the time of the express order confirmation or the shipping confirmation by OUTDOORSTATION®. The offer of OUTDOORSTATION® is primarily aimed at end consumers, which is why OUTDOORSTATION® reserves the right not to fulfill orders or to reject orders in particular if, from the point of view of OUTDOORSTATION®, quantities of products are not ordered that are not usual for end consumers. For the products ordered by the buyer, the prices in Swiss francs valid on the order date and stated in the web shop, including VAT, apply. The shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process and in the order confirmation. OUTDOORSTATION® delivers exclusively to delivery addresses within Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. The shipping route and type of packaging are determined by OUTDOORSTATION®. Delivery dates and/or deadlines specified or communicated by OUTDOORSTATION® are non-binding. If the delay is more than twenty days or if delivery is impossible for more than twenty days, the customer and OUTDOORSTATION® are entitled to withdraw from the contract without compensation.

terms of payment
All orders must be paid for in Swiss francs, either against invoice or by credit card. Invoices from OUTDOORSTATION® are to be paid within 30 days (without deduction). From the third reminder, OUTDOORSTATION® will charge you a compensation fee of CHF 40.00. For orders against invoice, OUTDOORSTATION® is entitled to demand advance payment without giving reasons (e.g. due to insufficient creditworthiness). In the case of payment against invoice, ownership of the delivered goods is only transferred to the customer after the purchase price has been paid in full.

Testing, Warranty and Liability
The customer must immediately check the received shipments or products for correctness, completeness and freedom from defects. Any deviations from the order and any defects must be reported to OUTDOORSTATION® in writing within 5 calendar days of delivery of the delivery. Returns of defective products must be returned to OUTDOORSTATION®. The shipment should be sent to the following address: OUTDOORSTATION®, Fischingerstrasse 66, 8370 Sirnach, Switzerland. Packaging and shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. OUTDOORSTATION® can, at its own discretion, fulfill the warranty obligation by repairing, replacing (with an identical or similar product), reducing the purchase price or refunding the purchase price. Other services, in particular compensation for damages, are excluded if there is a defect. With the purchase, the customer undertakes to only use the products for their intended purpose. Any further liability of OUTDOORSTATION® in connection with products or services of OUTDOORSTATION® and its assistants is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Data security and data protection
The data is transmitted via the Internet. The Internet is an open network that is accessible to everyone and is therefore generally not considered a secure environment. All payment transactions are processed according to the usual security standard (https://) at the time of the transaction. OUTDOORSTATION® rejects any liability for the security of data during transmission via the Internet. The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with and in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations for the purpose of contract processing and maintaining relationships with customers (including marketing measures). The transfer of the customer's personal data to third parties outside the OUTDOORSTATION® group takes place exclusively to the service partners involved in the execution of the contract, e.g. B. the logistics company commissioned with the delivery. In such cases, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the minimum required for the execution of the contract. Any further transfer of customer data to third parties does not take place. The customer agrees to the collection, processing and use of his personal data in accordance with the aforementioned information. Furthermore, the terms and conditions for using the website of the webshop, which can be called up under the heading Data protection, also apply to the buyers. 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contractual relationship, including these GTC, is exclusively subject to Swiss law, excluding the conflict of law provisions of Swiss international private law, in particular excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Sales Convention). The place of jurisdiction is Sirnach, Canton Thurgau, Switzerland, whereby OUTDOORSTATION® is also entitled to sue the customer at their general place of jurisdiction.
