The Polaris is a spacious 3-person tent with a large vestibule, headroom and an outer pole. The durable polyester material has a 2000mm coating that keeps the tent waterproof, even when it rains heavily and persistently. The floor is made of robust PE material with a 10,000mm water column. The Polaris has a fiberglass pole with 3 poles. The fiberglass poles are heavier, but also somewhat more stable than aluminum poles. This is particularly advantageous for larger tents. The large apse provides storage space for luggage and can also be used for cooking. Then the tent must be well ventilated. The two windows allow enough light into the anteroom even when the doors are closed.
