The Geopress replacement filters are designed for a lifespan of 350 cycles (250 l). The service life will be reduced when cleaning water with a high content of silt, sediment or tannins. The cartridge pressing time increases towards the end of the cartridge's service life. When the pressing time reaches 25-30 seconds, the cartridge should be replaced. Even if the cycle time increases, the cartridge continues to protect. Despite all environmental concerns, it is advisable to replace the cartridge at some point.
