The Ultrapress Purifier is the innovation in water filters to go. Water can be filtered very quickly and conveniently, so that drinking water is produced in just a few seconds. No other portable water filter can keep up with the efficiency of Grayl® Ultrapress Purifiers. 500ml of clean drinking water is produced in eight seconds. Anywhere in the world! Whether your water source is a hotel, a river, a lake or a well, drinking water is guaranteed. The Ultrapress Purifier protects against global pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, protozoan cysts, pesticides, chemicals and even microplastics. Grayl Purifiers filter waterborne pathogens (99.99% of viruses, 99.9999% of bacteria, 99.9% of protozoan cysts) including rotavirus, hepatitis A, norovirus, giardiasis, cryptosporidium, E. coli, cholera, salmonella, dysentery and more. In addition, the ultra-pulverized activated carbon absorbs many chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, VOCs, flavors and odors. The Grayl® Ultrapress Purifier comes with many practical features such as a foldable carrying handle or a resealable, leak-proof SimpleVent drinking cap. The Ultrapress Purifiers are also equipped with various non-slip TopoGrip surfaces and an ergonomic SoftPress pad. Cartridge Life: 300 presses (150L/40gal), when the “press time” reaches ~25 seconds (or three years have passed since first use), it is time to replace your cleaning cartridge. Cartridge Shelf Life: An unopened cleaning cartridge has a shelf life of 10 years when stored under proper conditions. After a cartridge has been used, it will last for at least 3 more years. Materials: Made of BPA FREE #5 polypropylene, food grade silicone, TPE and food grade ABS plastic. Testing Standards: Independently tested by a certified laboratory to meet or exceed NSF/ANSI Protocols 42 and 53 for removal of sediment, pathogens and chemicals; meets EPA lead standard and protocol for testing microbiological water purifiers.
